FAQ

Shop orders are generally processed within 3-5 business days. We ship via USPS from Buffalo, NY.

Once the order ships, we have no control on when the actual package will arrive. USPS tracking will be provided so please use your tracking number to track your package. Sometimes packages are delayed in transit.

Sometimes you will receive an alert the package was delivered, 1-2 days before the actual package is delivered. Please be patient and wait an extra 1-2 days and ask your mail carrier or neighbors if they have seen the package. If it still does not show up after 3 days of getting the alert, please let us know. Once we ship a package, there is little to nothing we can actually do.

Can I cancel or return my order?

If the order has not shipped yet and you changed your mind, kindly send us an email and we will cancel your order. If the order has already shipped, we do not accept returns.

What is the latest I can ship my order and receive it for Christmas?

Please place your order no later than December 15, 2024 for a Christmas Eve delivery. Please note that there is no guarantee and that your package will arrive on time. The earlier the  better. Please also note our shop will be closed on December 22, 2023 until January 1, 2024.

Do you offer in-person pick up?

Currently, not at the moment.

How do I place a wholesale order?

Can I return an item?

Sorry, we do not accept returns.
